Fluidized bed is when solid particles or catalyst are suspended by a high speed vertical ascending gas flow. The process known as fluidization provides high temperature uniformity and high reaction efficiency. The CVD FBR can be used to coat particles or to improve deposition on small parts immersed in the bed.
